The new school year is beginning and here I am in 3rd Grade when I´d just as soon repeat summer vacation. And that´s not all. I´m in a new school so, of course, I don´t know anybody. What´s even worse,my Mom´s the teacher. That´s right, my Mom´s my new 3rd Grade teacher!

What could be worse than that? All I want is to be just another kid in the class. So I decided that nobody in the class would ever find out the truth.

And there´s more. It´s my Mom´s first year as a teacher. She´s just finished teacher training. Before, she was a nurse. What if she´s not a good teacher ? What if all the kids make fun of me?
