Born in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia, author Mei-Yuet Chan is the eldest amongst two brothers and two sisters. Ever since her childhood, she has been the « undesired one » of the family, being not born out of wedlock. Later, to fill up the void in her life, and heal the wounds of her adolescence, she left for Europe, where she met her french husband. Residing in Nice, today, she is the grandmother of a 4 years old boy and a devoted mother to her one and only child, Christel. Forever a globe-trotter, even in her 50s, she is still opening here heart to others through the joy of writing : henee « Dark Angels » is her second book.
