Hachimi Sanni Yaya received a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Economics and Business from the University of Quebec at Montreal (Canada). He is recognized as a Certified Manager (Adm.A.) and has achieved designation as Chartered Manager (F.CIM.) from the Canadian Institute of Management. He also holds the Master Project Manager (MPM) professional certification and has been appointed as a Fellow of The American Academy of Project Management (AAPM). Editor of The Public Sector Innovation Journal, Dr. Sanni Yaya has held various faculty positions as well as several postdoctoral training and fellowship appointments at New York, Harvard and Yale Universities. He is strongly involved in research and academic work and has published many manuscripts and authored or co-authored several books and numerous papers and reports. Over the last 5 years, he has provided expert advice to organizations in a variety of general business, economic and social issues, supported by a superior practical and theoretical understanding of both developed and developing economies. Audrey Trigub-Clover has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Health Services Administration from the University of Montreal (Canada). She has held various management positions in Private Health Insurance companies and in a Clinic under the Public-private partnerships (P3s) model.
