Born in 1982, Kuy Delair is a poet, musician and contemporary artist. Starting her career in Montreal and New York City as a performer in sound poetry, she explores the topic of eroticism in relation to the sacred. Her writing is in French and in English. Following the "Art study and Practice" PhD program in UQAM (Montreal), she was awarded the MELS Canadian excellency grant. The current book has been featured on major public radio shows (France Culture, Fréquence Paris Plurielle [2018]). The first part of the present book was exhibited at the La Voûte Gallery in Paris (2017) ; the second was a solo performance at the Poïesis des Arts Gallery, also in Paris. Kuy Delair is used to sign her books in both France and North America. You can find more information at www.kuydelair.com.
